Ingredients
1 Tbs Saracha
1/2 Cup low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbs honey or agave nectar
2 Tbs sesame oil
Salmon Steaks
Toasted sesame seeds
1.Mix all ingredients with exception of salmon and sesame seeds.
2.Marinate salmon in mixture for 3 or more hours in fridge.
3.Pat dry salmon.
4.Put toasted sesame seeds on a plate, press one side of salmon into sesame seeds,
5.Bake on foil lined sheet at 425 for 10 minutes or place in the broiler on low for about 15-20 min depending on your oven.
Add-ons:
Kale salad with chopped roma tomatoes and black olives and a side of barley or brown rice.
